CNN: Bad Teacher that can't be fired
A 5 minute CNN video about a bad teacher that can't be fired, the teacher instructed 8th graders to take off their shirts and their bras in their class. Has been accused of being sexually inappropriate with female coworkers. But she hasn't been fired, and the state is struggling to fire her.

Some Bad Teachers Avoid Discipline
Some Bad Teachers avoid any discipline because the school district recognizes how difficult it is to remove them. Since it is so difficult to remove them, many places don't even bother trying.
As previously posted on this site in Middleton Wisconsin it cost the school district $300,000 dollars to fire for firing a teacher that was looking at pornography at school.

Teacher Fired for looking at pornography at school cost the district $300,000 in legal fees.
The most incredulous part is that the union claimed "Union leaders said they're not defending the teacher's behavior. They said the issue is that the discipline was unjust and based on unclear standards."
Unclear Standards? Don't look at pornography at work. Does that rule need to be written down?
