Jon Stewart: Fair? or Liberal Hack?
Jon Stewart "interviews" Elizabeth Warren the Democrat running for Senate in Mass. (aka he gushes over her) and when he "interviews" Jim Demint Republican Senator of South Carolina (aka interrupts him constantly and doesn't let Senator Demint fully explain himself).

Liberal Media Bias: Sins of Omissions
When the media reports with Bias, it doesn't report things incorrectly, but it instead uses sins of omission. For example the majority of the money of the Bush Tax Cuts benefitted the rich, and this was widely reported in the media. However the Bush Tax Cuts actually make the tax code more progressive because it lowers the tax rates for poor and middle class and results in the rich paying a higher percentage of taxes. That second fact was left out of a lot of media reporting.

Title IX hurting middle school boys
In some areas, like Pittsburgh, there aren't enough girls to field a basketball team for 5th and 6th graders, the solution to the problem (so that the schools stay title IX compliant) is to not allow the boys to play if the girls don't want to, all in the name of fairness. I'm all for letting girls play sports, but should we deny boys the opportunity to play sports if their female counterparts don't want to?

Liberal Censorship and Political Correctness
Juan Williams tried to have an open dialogue about racism and discrimination against Muslims. NPR fired him for it. The clip can be viewed here. Juan Williams said that "he feels uncomfortable when he sees a Muslim on his plane" that he has a moment of hesitation and anxiety, but also cautioned against blaming Muslims for 9/11 because we don't blame christians for the actions at Oklahoma City by Timothy McVeigh.

Chris Matthews and Jon Stewart
Amidst the reporting on the interview between Jon Stewart and Chris Matthews, Stewart feels that one piece of the interview has essentially been glossed over, and that is when Matthews admitted that Fox News was not fair and balanced. But as Matthews stated, Fox News is a counter-weight to liberal bias in the media.

Jon Stewart on Fox News Sunday
Fox News Sunday Chris Wallace sits down with Jon Stewart, the two have a nice discussion about media bias. Stewart admits to liberal bias in the mainstream media, but categorizes it as mostly having a sensationalist and lazy bias. He also argues that Fox News is more of a concerted effort to push a conservative agenda.
