Jamie Oliver is an english chef that is trying to create what he calls a "food revolution".
In his twenty minute talk with TED.com he explains why he is on a mission, because obesity kills people and costs the US $150 Billion a year in health care costs. He has a
website and a
television show. He also mentions that if the obesity epidemic continues that children today will have a shorter lifespan than the generation before them.
